We offer the following options for shipping destinations in the United States only:

2-Day Shipping: $20 (2 business days - by end of day)
*Overnight Shipping: $35 Next business day (by 12 P.M.)
*Orders must be received before 12 P.M. (PST)
Please note, all orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday. If your order is placed after 12 P.M. (PST) on a Friday or during a weekend, the order will be shipped the following week.
Currently, we only ship to destinations in the United States and Canada. We offer the following shipping options for destinations in Canada:
UPS Standard: $25 (2-7 business days)
DHL Express Worldwide: $37 (1-3 business days)
Duties and taxes are not included at check out. Please be advised that these costs are determined by the customs agency, once the package arrives into the country. You will be responsible for paying these fees to ensure that the package arrives at your destination. We are unable to calculate these fees in advance and are not responsible for any additional fees incurred, once the package arrives at its destination.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number to view the status of your delivery. If you have any questions on the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide an address that is not a P.O. box.
We offer a full refund or store credit on returns initiated within 30 days of order shipment date. Items must be new, unworn and unused and within its original pouch and packaging.
All returned items will be inspected to confirm that they have been unused and unworn. Should the returned item not pass the inspection process, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you.
Returns must meet the following in order to qualify for free shipping:
1.) Return process must be initiated within 30 days of order shipment date.
2.) Returns are made in exchange for store credit.
If you choose to receive a full refund on your original payment method, a processing and shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your full refund amount.
Please be advised that we are unable to provide a refund on the original shipping fee that you may have incurred at purchase.
Please log in to your Moyoura account to initiate the return process. You will be able to select the item you wish to return under Order History. Please follow the steps provided to generate the shipping label to ship your return.
When shipping your return, please ensure that you use the original packaging that your order was delivered in, or packaging of similar size. Oversized boxes will not be accepted, as these will increase shipping fees. Incremental shipping fees associated with large boxes or packaging will be deducted from the total refund amount.
You will receive an update via email on the status of your return. You can always email us at email@example.com for an update.
Once we receive your returned order, it will take 7-10 days for your credit or refund to be issued. If you chose to receive a merchandise credit, the amount will be applied to your account. Refunds will be made towards the original payment method that was used for purchase.
We strongly recommend that you use the shipping label provided by Moyoura. This is the best way for us to track the status of your return. Should you decide to use your own shipping method, Moyoura will not be responsible for any lost packages or shipping fees incurred in the process.
We only offer exchanges on items that have manufacturing defects. If you are interested in a different size or product, please log into your Moyoura account to initiate the return process. Once your return is processed, you will be able to place a new order using the store credit we apply to your account.
Every Moyoura piece is handcrafted using 925 sterling silver, a beautiful, high-quality precious metal. Our pieces in gold have a 925 sterling silver base with 18K gold layering.
Due to its compounds and metals, all sterling silver tend to tarnish over time. Proper care and storage will ensure that your sterling silver jewelry maintains its beautiful appearance and longevity.
What to avoid:
Avoid all forms of moisture. This includes water, sweat, salt water, chemicals, lotions etc.
Remove your jewelry before showering, exercising or cooking.
Skin and hair care routines should be done prior to putting on your jewelry.
Do not use any kind of chemical or liquid solutions to clean your jewelry.
Storage & maintenance:
The best way to keep your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing is to wear it regularly. The natural oils from your skin will prevent it from tarnishing.
Minimize exposure to air by keeping your jewelry tightly wrapped in the zipped pouch provided.
Prevent surface scratches by keeping each individual piece in its own separate pouch.
On a regular basis, gently polish and clean your piece using a dry, soft cotton cloth or fabric. Dry optical cleaning cloths (ones included in your sunglass case) are great for polishing and cleaning sterling silver.

We are committed to the highest standards when it comes to our product quality, craftmanship, and customer experience. We are unable to replace or repair damages associated with normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, damage occurred from accidents, changes to color due to improper care and storage and any type of product modifications)
We provide free repairs or replacements on products with manufacturing defects or damages. The warranty does not cover changes that occur from normal wear and tear.
